Kaladin drew his lips to a line. He nodded to the woman and left her, striking back into the rain toward the center of town.

Syl zipped up to his shoulder. “Wow. She must be desperate living out here. I mean, look at you…”

I love that episode in Oathbringer when Kaladin is wondering who could possibly spent five minutes in Adolin’s company and still hate him, but Kaladin, buddy, you could, you spent half of the previous book hating him, and that book is giant
