Yuna is honestly one of the best, strongest ff protags, though. 

Imagine being seventeen years old…. knowing that you have to die to save the people you love (not even permanently!! only temporarily!!), being terrified by that and still…… moving on to do it anyway. 

She lost her father to this. She knows she’ll die. She knows the peace/calm won’t last. She knows that, ultimately, her sacrifice does nothing. but she’s still willing to do it! to give the people of Spira that decade of respite!! I love Yuna so much!!!!!
