Y’all are fake for that. Azula ain’t got the range. Sure she has lightning and blue fire (which I’m assuming is a hotter more intense fire bending). But even as a great tactician she was like hardly ever prepared for Katara’s resourcefulness and fluidity. Also Katara knows blood bending. If she was genuinely fighting for her life one-on-one with Azula and wasn’t concerned with ethics she would’ve ghosted the hoe. Y’all are trippin.

Like y’all are forgetting how she even took her down. Azula fights on a basis of self-preservation. Katara surprised the hell out of her by freezing them both and having such a mastery of water bending and temperature control that she unfroze her self and tied that bitch up. Lmfao. Bye! Katara is THAT BITCH™️

Also let’s not even forget that this is the SECOND time Miss Katara subdued Azula. Or does everyone like to forget their fight in the Ba Sing Se Catacombs?

Katara is the ONLY person who has come close to or HAS beaten her in a fair one on one fight.

People really underestimate this relationship and favor Katara’s grief over Aang so much that we never really get to see fan art of her and her brother.

Ultimately, I feel like Sokka’s death had the potential to hurt her the most – especially if we consider that Aang could have died before him, and he was all she really had left.

But that’s all speculative.
