now that crucible labs is like, a thing, I have some pvp ideas to pitch: 

• the tower but its pvp enabled (visiting vendors still an option) 
• control mode but there are 50 zones, have fun with it, go wild
• srl 
• a clash mode where you have no idea who is on your team, friendly fire is enabled, 
• the floor is lava + normal pvp gameplay
• no supers
• no guns 
• no guns or supers (or abilities)
• everyone is invisible 
• battle royale with pvp disabled, its just 100 people hanging out
• quick time event pvp 
• sparrow racing league 
• capture the flag/rift
• hide and seek but with murder, like assassins creed multiplayer game modes from back in the day, i actually enjoyed those weirdly 
• javelins only (infinite ammo) 
• the gauntlet from leviathan pvp enabled 
• murder mystery
• srl
• normal crucible but shaxx is there
• you play as your ghost, only weapon is the tractor cannon
• odst mode where its raining and theres jazz playing
